Today's Fitness Tip: Cereal Idea

Like most people, you probably know that eating a high fiber cereal is
good for health. However, if you aren’t quite ready to embrace the
taste of high fiber cereals, consider this compromise. Mix a high
fiber cereal with another healthy, but sweeter choice. Try using
one-fourth cup of the high fiber cereal and 3/4 cup of sweeter one.
You should get 6 - 8 grams of fiber and 120 - 140 calories from each
cup of the mixed cereals.
