Today's Fitness Tip: Niacin caution

Niacin lowers blood cholesterol levels, but it should never be
self-prescribed. Large doses of niacin can cause flushed skin, rashes,
and blurred vision. If your doctor has prescribed niacin, only take
the amount prescribed. Otherwise, rely on food sources of niacin such
as poultry, legumes, and fortified grains.
