Today's Fitness Tip: Good vs. Bad Pain during Exercise

While you are exercising, your muscles may get tight, sore or even
painful. Some types of pain are okay, others bad. "Good pain" usually
occurs evenly on both sides of the body. It tends to disappear quickly
after you cool down. "Bad pain" is usually worse on one side,
becomes increasingly more severe during the workout and remains after
you stop moving.
