Today's Fitness Tip: Tempeh

Tempeh is a meat substitute made from fermented soybeans or soybeans
and other grains, such as rice or barley. It is usually found in the
freezer section of your grocery store. Try tempeh in place of meat in
stews, casseroles, sandwiches, kabobs or in a stir-fry. Marinated or
barbecued tempeh makes a great main dish and is a good source of many
essential nutrients as well as fiber.
