Today's Tip: Greens

Have you heard of arugula? It is a green, leafy vegetable that
contains about 20 times more beta-carotene and vitamin C than iceberg
lettuce. It also has 8 times more calcium. When making green salads at
home, consider choosing dark green leaves, such as arugula, romaine,
and chicory. Using these greens in salads and on sandwiches creates a
more nutritious meal.
